07.00-Pick up in Arad and transfer to Um Al Khir
08.00-Welcome drink, tea, and coffee at the local village. Walk across the village and stop at the important stations of the village.
11.00 - Driving to Maon’s farm, visit the synagogue, walking along the forest climbing to the highest lookout spot at the area.
13.00-Swimming in small underground water system.
14.00-Light lunch from local product.
15.00- Drive back to the Dead Sea Adventure hostel.

Activity Description

We will meet you in the Dead Sea Adventure Center and drive to Um Al Khir’s unrecognized Muslim village, traveling while overlooking the Judean Desert and Mount Hebron views.

After the arrival, some welcome drinks and snacks, we will start your walk through the village.

You will visit the Bedouins tents, visit real local houses and make traditional Bedouins bread.

After walking thru the Palestinian village, we will head off to one of most known & unrecognized Israeli settlement ‘Havat’s Maon’. Meet the real settlers who have something to teach you about living in the heart of the most complicated areas in the West Bank.  

Once we arrive, we will meet one of the locals who will show us a farm and walk with us through the forest all the way up to the highest peak in the area over looking Hebron’s city, Bani Naim, Arad and a very wide view of the Judean Desert.

Time for local home made launch! We will taste Havat Maon’s food and local product.
