Day -1

We arrive at the desert city of Arad to the Dead Sea Adventure Hostel, which will be our base for the next 4 nights. Once checking in, we will have some free time to go into town and venture on some of the many hiking trails surrounding the city.
We will eat a warm dinner at the hostel and charge our batteries for the next day.

Day - 2

On this day we wake up early and make our way by car to Masada. In addition to being a UNESCO site, the ancient fortress of Masada is also considered as one of the best sunrise viewpoints in the middle east. After scouting the fortress for a couple of early morning hours, we’ll depart back for some coffee and pancakes back at the hostel.

After breakfast we will leave for hike into the desert wilderness reaching natural pool located in a narrow canyon.
Maximizing this day, we will depart for an authentic experience with the bedouin people. We’ll make our way to the bedouin inhabited territory, witness their lifestyle and drink some warm tea in a family’s farmhouse.

After finishing we will head back to the great Dead Sea Adventure Hostel.

Day - 3

Adventure day! Stretch your legs because we’re going to get dirty and gritty. On the third day we will venture on what might be considered the best adventure in Israel: the salt caves. Combining hiking, abseiling and caving in one of the most unique places on earth.

Day - 4

After the adventure day, it’s time to chill out and relax at the lowest place on earth. Floating on the salty water under the warm sun. This is a good chance to go and visit a beautiful oasis in the canyon just behind the beach, complete with running fresh water and greenery.
